6 Last-Minute New Year’s Eve Party Ideas

As if planning and pulling off Christmas wasn’t enough — now it’s already time for New Year’s Eve parties!

The good thing is that we can still pull off one or all of these 6 last-minute New Year’s Eve party ideas I’ve compiled in this post.

Do you have guests coming to celebrate New Year’s Eve with you? These treats and decorating ideas will impress your family, friends, and co-workers.

Champagne Ice Cubes

Add these champagne ice cubes to orange juice for a little twist!

Stuffed Brie Wrapped in Puff Pastry

I made this just recently. There really is no need to add all that sugar to the Brie — I’d skip that. If you want a little sweetness, add some fruit preserve or marmalade to the top, or honey.

Clock Decor

This is a great idea: just grab all the clocks you have in your home and assemble them in one spot. You can always depend on Martha Steward to come up with cool decor.

Simply decorate your home and table setting with silver or gold items — anything that you have that looks classy or sparkles.

In the past, I’ve use my silver candelabra, silver candle holders, silver tea/coffee pots, and my DIY mercury glass bowl — which you can make in minutes, by the way.

Just add silver ball ornaments on a plate and a candle, and you’ve got a centerpiece.

This is my style, with a simple silver charger:

What’s with the messed up Roman numeral clocks? A Roman numeral 4 is “IV”, not “IIII”.

Really cute ideas! You are so right………New Year’s Eve always seems to come as a surprise to me. I use up way too much energy on Christmas, I suppose. These ideas are easy on the budget and time. Perfect for my situation right now. I like to be festive even though I only have a few hours to actually pull off a fun night.
