I love to munch on something all day, and I’ve found a new snack that’s actually good for me.
I picked up sun-dried, organic white mulberries the other day at the health food store, and they taste amazing.
They are kind of chewy and sweet like dried cherries, but so much better.
Dried mulberries are rich in vitamin C, iron, and dietary fiber. Best of all, they are full of the antioxidant resveratrol, also known to be present in red wine.
The dried mulberries I bought are raw, vegan, and organic.
I’m so glad to have found another sweet snack that I can grab when I crave Swedish Fish. Don is totally sold on them as well — now I just need to get L to like them :)

Hmm, I’ve never tried dried mulberries before – they look wonderful! I’ll have to look for them. I could use another snack I feel good feeding to my toddler. He and I just visited a farm last week and got to pick fresh mulberries from their tree. Delicious! Found you on Seasonal Celebration Sunday.

These look good. I’m always looking for a nice healthy sweet snack for me and the girls I care for. These look like that just might fit the bill. :) Oh, I and I was sold on them once you mentioned Swedish Fish. I gave up sugar 4 or 5 years ago. Swedish Fish are one candy that I miss. Hopefully after getting my hands on this Mulberries, I can finally forget about the Swedish Fish.
