There are many DIY posts on the internet you can find about making one of these. Or you can buy one on Amazon. Here are several adorable lost socks signs:
I’m thinking of doing this is my son’s room since we have so many kids books:
It would be so easy to add these short shelves/ledges to a wall and create this colorful accent wall full of book.
Maybe not the most practical thing, but this is so unique:
I want to be a little girl again when I see this adorable attic setup:
How cool is this sofa that turns into a bunk bed?! Great for two kids:
Great for four kids :)
I love the idea of the kids having a tent they can hide in:

Since Dagmar’s momsense is a blog about my life, it doesn’t really work to have someone else guest blog for it. I’ll keep you in mind if I change my mind. Thanks for inquiring!

Sweet! Love finding cool decorating ideas. I’ve been having my girls flip through magazines so when we build our home I can have ideas on what they like.
Thanks for sharing this!

Wow these are some great ideas! I love that couch that turns into a bunk bed. If only the socks could magically appear in the lost sock sign I would buy it right now.

The bunk room is a dream of mine – I only have two kids (um, and we’re currently renting… LOL) but I once saw a pic in a European magazine with bunks on one side of a hallway of sorts for sleeping nooks and then a very large sectioned out play room for various imaginative and open space play. LOVE the idea! Perhaps if our next house has the right architecture to do something like that — it’d be right up my kids’ alley! (they share bunk beds now to have more room in their bedroom!
I also LOVE the gingerbreading for the girl’s dormer nook… LOVE that idea!

I’m a little bit in love with the girly scalloped one. Afraid of paint + white slipcovers in the first one. And over the top jealous of the double built in bunkbed one.
nice post!

In that first picture all I see is that paint, and those white couches. They’re slipcovered, but not just covered in sheets… I am more like my mother than I want to be. :)
