Hometalk Feature: 20 Unexpected Wallpaper Uses
Hometalk asked me to curate another fun board, yay! Love that site.
After I created a board full of creative bird feeders for them a while ago, they liked my post about using wallpaper and glue dots to update dresser drawers and asked me to curate a board with unexpected uses for wallpaper.
It was fun to look though all of the DIY ideas on Hometalk, and here is my board of 20 Unexpected Uses for Wallpaper.
My favorite is the faux wainscoting made with textured wallpaper, so clever. I also love the ideas with bead board wallpaper. I’m still wondering where I can use that here in the Blue Cottage.
Let’s follow each other on Hometalk! Let me know in a comment that you follow me and I’ll follow back.
Have you used wallpaper anywhere in your home or updated furniture with it?

Hi Dagmar! Thanks for the Twitter follow, and also a BIG thank you for sharing my Wainscoting Wallpaper makeover on your HomeTalk Feature! Since I wrote that piece, I have actually used that wallpaper a few more times and love it more each time. It is so easy to work with and gives each piece I use it on just a bit more interest.

Hi Sue, thanks for coming by and commenting! I really need to try out that wallpaper soon. Which glue to you use for it, anything special?
