Welcome to another Dagmar’s Home link party. If you are here for the first time — hello, hello!
This weekly link party used to be for sharing thrifty or vintage finds, because I love everything thrifty or vintage, but I opened it up for all kinds of posts.
I like seeing them all!
If you have been visiting my blog for a long time, you know that I still like to show you my latest thrifty or vintage finds.
I found a little treasure at the crafts store for $6 that was $16 originally:
This bag was full of scrapbook papers and washi tape and more.
I love paper goods, so I couldn’t pass up all of those goodies.
I added one of the pages to this pretty frame I found on clearance for $4 at HomeGoods.
I restyled our shelves in the living room a bit to remove the Easter decor and added the frame with the compass.
Let’s start this party!
I always feature my favorite post the following week, so if you are interested in being featured, please link back to this post.
I decided to highlight Lory’s post, who blogs at Designthusiasm.
Her post builds on my believe that you can add luxury home decor for less – I obviously decorate with thrift store finds and inexpensive decor from Target, Kohl’s, and HomeGoods all the time.
Lory wrote a post about little luxuries we can all afford that make our home feel more elegant and sophisticated.
I couldn’t agree more that it doesn’t have to cost much to have a beautiful home we love to spend time in and entertain in. Sometimes replacing just one or two items with a prettier version makes all the difference.
How to Add Luxury Home Decor for Less

Adding some crystal containers you can find in a thrift store, using sweet vintage linens instead of a boring towel in your guest bathroom, and lotion in your favorite scent can elevate your mood and make a home that’s decorated on a budget feel so much more luxurious.
For example, I absolutely adore this peony hand cream that I treat myself to that makes me fell all luxurious.

I love what you did with the packet you bought at the craft store. You just have a talent of arranging things perfectly where I would be puzzled at what to do with this stuff!! You definitely inspire me and give me great ideas!!
