We all love ice cream, but I was so done spending $3 for one ice cream from the ice cream truck every other day.
We were going broke in the summer just buying ice cream – and we were putting on the pounds.
My son loves a popsicle as much as ice cream, and since I bought ice pop molds, we now make healthy popsicles at home all the time.
Buying the molds is a no-brainer and great investment for years to come.

You can buy popsicle molds on Amazon or in supermarkets for little money — just make sure you buy some that are BPA free.
It’s so easy to make all kinds of different popsicle creations with your favorite juices, milk, or yogurt.
Carrot Apple Almond Milk Popsicle Recipe:
- Ice pop molds (BPA free)
- soy or almond milk
- apple juice
- carrot juice
To make these ice pops look more fun and sneak calcium into them, fill half of the popsicle molds with almond milk first and put them in the fridge.
Once that first layer is frozen, top them off with a mix of carrot and apple juice.
After just half an hour, you’ll have a nutritious, inexpensive, cold treat your whole family will enjoy.
