Landon got to walk in his first Memorial Day parade! My little 4-H-er was so proud. And it was a good history lesson for all the kids to march and be part of the Memorial Day ceremony.
I thought of my dear Papa all day. He was 17 years old when he was cannon fodder in World War II. He never got over what he saw and went through. I miss him, every day.
