Create a Beautiful Home On a Budget
As promised, here are all the pictures I took at the Country Living Fair in Rhinebeck, NY, last Friday!
Well, just a few of them, because I took about 150 pictures.
The drive up on the Taconic was beautiful again, and after an hour, I reached the fair at 11am.
And thanks to Don, who picked up Landon from the bus, I didn’t have to rush back and instead stayed until the fair closed at 5pm. Six solid hours of bliss!
Vintage love.
What is it that I love so much about vintage decor?
I’m not sure — I just know vintage items and pictures like these make me happy.
Giddy. I definitely crave simpler times.
I adore mason jars.

You can find mason jars all over our house — a collection of vintage blue mason jars and many new ones I store things in.
I recently made a small change in our kitchen I’m pretty happy with: I updated the mason jars I use to store dry goods and sweets in with white plastic lids.
