Dagmar’s Home Link Party No. 157
Welcome to Dagmar’s Home!
If you are here for the first time — hello! I hope you’ll stay a while.
This party used to be for sharing thrifty or vintage finds — because I love everything thrifty or vintage — but I opened it up for all kinds of posts.
I still love to show you my latest thrifty finds that I use to decorate our home, the Blue Cottage.
I found another fun item at the Katonah Thrift Store the other day: this vintage silver plated tea set.
I collect silver tea pots and pitchers, and I’m excited about this addition. I thought it was a great deal at just $35.
I used to work as a personal assistant for years when I was a student at UCLA, and my boss had many silver pots and pitchers and regularly had them filled with the most stunning flowers for her equally stunning home, and I just fell in love with that classy look.
Think Ralph Lauren, framed American flag, antique farmhouse, lots of vintage silver.
Let’s get this party started! Feel free to share the latest and greatest from your blog.
Link up posts about home decor, recipes, DIY projects, tips and tricks, parenting, and more.
I always feature my favorite post the following week, so if you are interested in being featured, please link back to this post.
Did you add your post at the last party? I have to tell you, I’m always impressed with all of your creativity, and this week it was specially hard to decide who to feature. Picking just one was hard!
I decided to feature Mary, who blogs at The Boondocks Blog. I really liked her idea of repurposing glasses, gluing them together and then adding a plate to the top to make candle holders.
I hoard vintage glasses and tea cup sets and still have so many extra from the time when I had the booth in a vintage emporium, so I’d love to make the same with a few of my glasses and plates.
Thanks for sharing your post with us, Mary! Feel free to add this “Featured” button to your blog.
Here is the code for the button:
<p class=”alignnone” title=”Featured on DagmarBleasdale.com”><a href=”https://www.dagmarbleasdale.com/” target=”_blank” rel=”attachment wp-att-26915″><img class=”aligncenter wp-image-26915″ title=”Featured on DagmarBleasdale.com” src=”https://www.dagmarbleasdale.com/wp-content/uploads/2016/11/DagmarBleasdale.com-featured.jpg” alt=”Featured on DagmarBleasdale.com” width=”200″ height=”200″ /></a></p>
