Welcome to the Dagmar’s Home Link Party No. 148
Do you have a special post you are extra proud of? Then share it with us!
Feel free to share anything and everything that’s the latest and greatest on your blog during this weekly link party.
Link up posts about home decor, vintage or thrifty amazing find, recipes, DIY projects, tips and tricks, parenting tips, and gift guides, and then find new blogs and great ideas from fellow bloggers.
I always feature my favorite post the following week, so if you are interested in being featured, please link back to this post.
This week I’m sharing a thrifty find I turned into handmade soy candles:
I made all of these soy candles for Christmas gifts the other day while I showed a friend of mine how to make DIY candles.
I bought 6 pretty white artichoke cups on clearance last year — I think at Anthropologie — and when I was looking for containers to make the candles with, I grabbed them.
I had saved them for a tablescape, but I like them as candles even more.
Here is a detailed tutorial about how I make my homemade candles — it’s easier than you think!
Did you show off your post at the last party? It was so much fun to look through the posts. You are all so creative!
I decided to feature Mary, who blogs at The Boondocks Blog. She repurposed vintage fabric as gift wrapping, which is something I’ve done in the past and mentioned in this post about 6 sustainable tips.
Isn’t that pretty? Thanks for linking up, Mary! Feel free to add this button to your post or blog, and I hope you’ll link up again.
Here is the code for the button:
