Happy New Year! And a New Year’s Eve Tablescape

by Dagmar Bleasdale on January 1, 2015

happy new year 2015I want to wish you all a HAPPY NEW YEAR!

2014 was pretty amazing, I hope it was for you as well. Like I mentioned in yesterday’s post, I packed a ton of fun things into it.

Lots of hard work, but also a ton of fun.

If we have worked together, thank you for thinking of me. I’ve loved writing every post, and I can say that I’m lucky to work with the most amazing people and brands.

I hope you’ve enjoyed my posts this year — I so appreciate you coming by and being interested in my little corner of the world.

I’m spending tonight by myself since Don and L are in Australia, and I didn’t feel like going to a party. But I still wanted to decorate for New Year’s at least a little bit and came up with this easy New Year’s Eve tablescape.

I grabbed all the silver and gold ball ornaments from the Christmas tree and collected a bunch of other items in gold and silver, and this is what I came up with.

And those chandelier ornaments I bought a couple of years ago at Michael’s because they can make all kinds of things look fancy. They usually hang on one of our lamps.

Tomorrow morning will be the first day I don’t have to run off and do something right away, so I’m going to sleep in, enjoy reading a magazine during breakfast, and then I’ll probably organize something in the house.

Wishing you nothing but health and happiness for 2015.

What are you looking forward to the most in 2015?
