What is your favorite way to keep cool in the summer?

Evolution Fresh‘s summer-inspired juices like Organic Spicy Lemonade and Coconut Water and Greens are a great way to keep you hydrated and satisfied throughout the summer.

I recently got the opportunity to try several of their juices. Have you noticed them in your local supermarket and Starbucks?

To make its delicious juices, Evolution Fresh peels, presses, and squeezes raw fruits and vegetables. After bottling their juices, they use High Pressure Processing (HPP) to help protect flavors and nutrients.

I bought the Protein Power, Organic Carrot Apple, and Defense Up juice, and as you can see that juice didn’t even make it home — I drank the whole thing in the car. On another shopping trip I also bought Essential Greens With Lime and Organic Ruby Roots.

One super-easy way to make “eating” your vegetables easier in the summer is to make ice pops with juices that incorporate fruits and vegetables.

You can buy ice pop molds in many supermarkets for little money, and they come in really handy in the summer. It’s so easy to make all kinds of different ice pops with them with your favorite juices.

To make my ice pops look more fun and sneak calcium into them, I first filled the bottom of the ice pop molds with almond milk.

Once that first layer froze, I topped them off with Evolution Fresh Organic Carrot Apple juice. And after half an hour I had a nutritious, inexpensive, cold treat we all enjoyed.
