What are you wishing for for Mother’s Day, aside from breakfast in bed? I’m secretly hoping I’ll actually get breakfast in bed for the first time — I’ve been mentioning it to my son, who is 7 years old now.

I remember feeling special making breakfast for my mom at that age, so here is to crossed fingers.

Mother’s Day is my day where I get to slow down a bit and reflect on how special it is to be a mom.

The truth is that if there wasn’t a day set aside for mothers, I’d never make the time to take a break. As moms we just go, go, go, and time runs by so fast. I can’t believe it’s already May! And I can’t believe my little boy is already 7.

RedEnvelope treated me to an early Mother’s Day gift, and it arrived yesterday in their signature red box. They let me pick out one of their unique items, which was so hard because I love all of their beautiful things! The linen pillows, the placemats, the personalized stoneware, the wall art…

There are four types of RedEnvelope moms:

  • Hostess
  • Glam
  • On-The-Go
  • Sentimental

Which mom are you? This is what I chose — I think it clearly shows that I am sentimental.

red Redenvelope with pillowThinking of making breakfast for my mom on Mother’s Day makes me sentimental, and thinking about how much I love my son makes me choke up. I definitely love him “to the moon and back” — that’s why I picked this pretty pillow.

And now I’ll always think of Mother’s Day when I look at it.

L said the cutest thing when we opened the box: “And I love you to the sun and back!” Those are the special moments I cherish the most about being a mom. RedEnvelope gifts truly create a memory and a story.

Every mom deserves to feel special on Mother’s Day, and RedEnvelope has an amazing selections of beautiful gifts. Why do you deserve a gift from RedEnvelope?

I like the inspire bracelet anchor for hope for me. We lost Mama last year in April so this is our second Mother’s Day without her. It doesn’t get easier with time.

I login with no problems. I changed browsers and even tried using chrome, I tried to hit the edit button in the Rafflecopter, nothing gives me a box in the Rafflecopter to put a comment. I think once I entered, it will not let me edit? I have opened and closed on three different devices with different browsers, it is not going to give me a box in the Rafflecopter where you comment. Lol : )

Mary,
Like you, I do not see anywhere to leave a comment in the RC Form. I am using Chrome. Good luck!
