Don’t Like Breakfast? You’ll Like This!

Don’t like breakfast but would like to?

I’m sure you’ve heard that eating breakfast is part of a healthy diet and really important to start the day. It gets your metabolism going.

I personally don’t have that problem: I love breakfast. It’s my favorite meal of the day, I guess because I feel I have all day to burn off the calories.

This is what I often eat for breakfast, and I bet you’d like it as well if you give it a try: organic, gluten-free cereal with chia seeds, mulberries, or nuts, depending of what we have in the house, and I’ll add Silk Almond Milk or Coconut Milk.

I always have coffee in the morning, and that also gets a big splash of Silk milk.

The great thing about Silk is that it comes in so many varieties and flavors. Don’t like soy milk? Then I bet you’ll like either the almond milk or coconut milk. Don’t like coconut milk? Try out almond or soy — you’ll find one you love.

Want to try out a different flavor? I usually buy the unsweetened almond milk and Don brought home the vanilla almond milk the other day, and now I can’t get enough of that.

It’s fun to switch it up. I haven’t tried the Vanilla Coconut milk, and that’s next on my list.

If you want to or have to avoid dairy, then any of the Silk milks are your friend. No more excuses to not eat breakfast! Add Silk to a smoothie, put some into your scrambled eggs, or drink a glass of dark chocolate almond milk.

Need recipe ideas? There are always a lot of fun recipes and updates on the Silk Facebook page, and you can register for a monthly chance to win a year’s supply of Silk!

Silk is part of the Non-GMO Project, which means that the ingredients in Silk milks have not been gene manipulated. I avoid GMOs for health and sustainability reasons, so that is important to me.

Want to try any of the Silk milks? Go here to register for free coupons — they even send you a special offer for your birthday.

Do you already use one of the Silk milks? Which one?
