Wordless Wednesday Linky: Elf on the Shelf

by Dagmar Bleasdale on December 10, 2013

Elf on the Shelf ideaOur Christmas tree is set up, our stockings found a place, and our Elf on the Shelf, Fred, is moving around the house.

Christmas stockings hanging on window sill I’m glad I splurged and spent $30 on Fred and the book because L is totally believing the story — and I’m sure next year he wouldn’t.

He’s getting a kick out of Fred’s shenanigans. And I love the smile on L’s face when he finds him in the morning.

Do you have an elf? What’s his name?

Time for the Wordless Wednesday linky! More Wordless Wednesday hosts: Live and Love Out Loud, Better in Bulk, and Verena’s Schoene Welt.

We have a girl elf, her name is Jewels. This is Jewels’ first year with us and my daughter is loving every minute of it. She likes to give Jewels suggestion on where to come back to.

We love Elf on the shelf but this year we just did nothing to decorate. Really sad. I can not wait to be settled.

I love the elf watching over everything.

We don’t have an Elf yet. I think my daughter might be a little too young so I’m thinking about getting one for her next year. Btw, I love your holiday decorations!

Our elf came back this week, too! He’s getting into all kinds of trouble……

Die Idee mit dem Elf finde ich süß. Einige meiner Freunde haben ihn auch. Ich sammle übrigens auch die kleinen Teelicht Häuschen. :)
Habt eine schöne Adventszeit!
Ganz liebe Grüße,

We’ve never had an Elf. I think we missed the boat on that one…I probably could have pulled it off between 2000 and 2005…but now my kids are just too big. I love seeing everyone’s pictures, though!
