We are doing a 21 day challenge to get ourselves started eating healthy. Then I’ve got a new cookbook for after that.

We try to use the car as little as possible and wal to all of our errands even if it means changing our shopping habits. What’s good for the planet is also good for us and the exericse doesn’t hurt either!

I try to eat healthfully every day. I’m almost vegetarian but not quite. I love dairy and certain meats too much.
