Wordless Wednesday With Linky: MoMA With Mom

by Dagmar Bleasdale on November 5, 2013

045My Mom is visiting from Germany and she wanted to spend a day in New York City with me.

Done. Yesterday was a sunny fall day and we took the train to Grand Central after dropping off L at school.

We had breakfast at Le Pain Quotidien and then walked to MoMA. Here are a few pictures from that visit.

If you want to see many more, just follow my Instagram stream. We also went to Sacks Fifth Avenue and had High Tea at the fancy Plaza hotel.

My sister in law just moved to NYC last weekend and I’m so excited for her. I would love to go visit her. Looks like so much fun!

What a fun day with your mom! That front statue looks like a real man painted white!

We did! Thanks, Liz, for your comment! Many of the visitors were proudly wearing their marathon metals from the day before :)

Same here! I always wonder about all the stories all those people hurrying along would have to tell about their lives.
