extreme couponing for organic food

Extreme Couponing

It was about time to fill the fridge, and I had time for one of my extreme couponing trips today, so off I went.

I buy mostly organic food and was still able to save $76 today. I tell you how in this post.

Just in case you are not into couponing, here is a picture of L on his future bed.

It’s an Ikea bed that has another bed right under it for sleepovers — or Mama :)

Wow! Great savings!

That is a great chunk of savings! That’s about how much I save in a month. Lucky you to still have some double coupons, too. Here in California, not many stores offer that anymore. I don’t like it at some stores that they seem to penalize you for using a bunch of coupons by having the manager come over to approve it all. They make you and the people behind you wait. I use to see so many people using coupons, but not anymore.

When I was able to stay home with the kids…I did couponing…now that I am back to work full time…I just can’t fit it in. This makes me sad. I hate paying full retail.

Don’t you find it hard to buy organic and use coupons? Good for you for saving that much. I think I am too lazy for coupons sometimes but I mostly buy fresh produce. I think companies need coupons for fruits and veggies, organic at that! :) :)

I try and I try to get into couponing, but I am simply awful at keeping track of paper coupons. I do better with store discount cards!

I want to learn how to use coupons efficiently~ It’s not as easy as it seems, especially since I’m new to cooking and meal planning and all that stuff!

I’m not extreme and we don’t do organic usually, but I was doing some couponing myself today. ;)

It is great that you had all those coupons with you. Thanks for hosting and Happy WW!

I can’t wait until coupons are all electronic through apps. I never remember to bring the coupons with me, but I always have my phone.
