A trip to Orlando wouldn’t be the same without a visit to Disney World!
It took us two hours to get inside the park, but we got there right when one of the parades went by.
Here is proof that he did go on it. Don’s comment afterward: “You would’ve had a heart attack.”
Good thing I know my limits and didn’t even consider going on that ride. Even for a second.
The running joke between Don and L the whole rest of the trip was Don asking: “Wanna go ride Space Mountain again?” And L would yell: “No!” But he did go on every other ride he could go on after that.
It has been L’s dream to drive me, instead of always the other way around, and in Disney World he finally got to.
See what happened!
Lunch was actually really affordable — after we decided against the $50 per-person lunch in the Magic Castle — because all we ate was waffles with fruit and Nutella, and I had a funnel cake.
The next time I wouldn’t go to Disney World on a Saturday — the crowds were insane. But we did have a really fun family day.
Once we got back to the Wyndham Grand, we were so tired that we ordered room service and watched “Mr. Popper’s Penguins” while eating in bed– a perfect end to a pretty perfect day with my two men.
