A local kids summer camp down the street had a fall fair, and Landon and I checked it out for a couple of hours before Grandma took him and two of his cousins to see “Joseph and The Technicolor Dreamcoat.”
When Don was an actor and singer in New York, he played the part of the pharaoh in that musical. I hope L will inherit his love and talent for music. Don has a beautiful voice and sung at our wedding.
The second we got there, L knew what he wanted to do — go on a boat ride.
So we did.
After running and bouncing around, L had only one thing on his mind.
He wanted to go on the boat again. But I didn’t want to; it was getting chilly and we had to get going if we wanted to get to the musical in time.
We did make it to the musical.
Are you sometimes glad that your kids talked you into something?
