I was approached by BlogFrog to be one of the new Savvy Living Community Leaders.
The Savvy Living community is the extension of the already established Frugal Living community and will encompass everything from health and beauty, green living, couponing, fashion, travel, and more.
I love BlogFrog — Holly and Rustin keep coming up with new, exciting ways for bloggers to engage their readers and to connect with like-minded bloggers, so I said yes, I’ll do it, can’t wait!
I’m going to start one featured discussion every week, comment on other discussions, host a live chat once a month and feature one discussion with the focus on health and beauty on Dagmar’s momsense. Since I’m part of the blogger network of HealthyChild.org you can expect a lot of discussions about how to avoid toxic products in our household.
The Savvy Living community will live on the Ebates.com site, and I’m excited about this new opportunity. This will be a lot of fun! Ebates gives you cash back for shopping — my frugal heart rejoices when I get money back for ordering my contact lenses through them. If you haven’t signed up yet, what are you waiting for?
In other news, Linda from NYC Single Mom thought People magazine is totally overlooking bloggers when it comes to the most beautiful people, and she put me on the list of 33 Sexiest NYC Mom Bloggers.
Ha! I’m just going to run with this one. And I’m super honored to have made the cut. It’s so odd how the number 3 keeps coming up lately.
And today I found this on YouTube. When I was at the Getting Gorgeous event, I ran into sweet Adam from Dadarocks and he asked me to share one parenting tip I have for other parents.
I can’t wait to share more news with you about the Savvy Living community. What would you like me to cover?
