I can’t believe this was just yesterday…
Hint: no jacket. There really was no need for that silly hat, but I can’t help myself — German girl here always has socks and a hat on her child. To this day I regret not seeing L’s adorable baby feet more often because I always put socks on them to keep him warm. Yes, even when we lived in California.
Don had to work all day although it was Sunday, and after I baked cookies and we brought Don some lunch, L and I went to our favorite farm, Muscoot Farm, just down the street. The weather was just too beautiful to stay inside.
We walked around the whole farm, said hello to the animals, and hiked all the way to the gazebo. They happened to have their annual Pancake Breakfast, until 2, so we got the last few pancakes, at 2. The lady made them in the shape of fish just for Landon.

Actually, he was just telling me that he is the farmer and was showing me around.
That’s L’s favorite tractor, and oh, no, someone else was on it. Must eat pancakes really fast…
