Friday Favorites

by Dagmar Bleasdale on September 26, 2009

I just found another great blog via Twitter — Daily Dwelling. Monica currently lives in Germany with her three kids, so of course that intrigued me.

She runs a blog carnival called Friday Favorites, which is a list of favorite links you want to share with your readers.

So here are my Friday Favorites:

Natural Birth:

Adrienne from just added a great article: 10 Ways to Increase Your Chance at Natural Childbirth. I can attest that all those tips will help you with a natural birth.

If you are breastfeeding, why not join me in the Global Breastfeeding Challenge October 3, 2009? I will be attending it with Landon at the White Plains, NY, location at Full Circle Family Care. I can’t wait to check out that amazing place and blog about it. Hope to see you there :)

Multicultural and Multilingual Families:

Mothering magazine is featuring an article called Dolls that Deliver: Imaginative Play for Multicultural Families that caught my attention, being a multicultural family and all.

Attachment Parenting:

I just found this post from Melodie at Breastfeeding Moms Unite!: Monday Musings: Becoming An Attachment Parent.

She writes about discovering that she is an attachment parenting mom, just what I blogged about a few months ago. Gosh, we have so much in common. If you are interested in attachment parenting, head on over!

On, I found this article: The Big Move. Since we just moved, I blogged about the experience of moving with a toddler, and it is interesting to read another mom’s perspective. She includes some great tips.

Green and Frugal: has so many great green articles, here is just one I thought you would enjoy and try out: Homemade Bubble Bath. The recipe is super easy and will save you green!

I hope you enjoy these articles. Check out Monica’s blog, she also uses the Thesis theme, and say hello.
